The Inclusive Education is the fifth event after Saratov (2008), Chisinau (2009), Perm (2010), and St.- Petersburg (2010) conferences in the framework of the ICEVI-Europe Project in East European countries. The Project is aimed at improving the quality of life, education and rehabilitation services for children, students and adults with visual impairments. The Project plans to create a support network for education and rehabilitation of people with visual impairments in the East-European and Asian regions. The network is to bring science, research and practice together.

By the beginning of the conference the compilation of materials will be edited. It is necessary to send the materials together with the application form before 15 September, 2011 inclusive.
Presentations must be prepared in Power Point and copied to a flash memory stick.
The file must be titled after the family name of the presenter.
The collection of materials will be published by the support of UNICEF.

Transfer is acceptable from the airport to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the Conference vanue.
Please, note! Participants of the conference reserve the hotel by themselves.
Probably, for students and post-graduate students the cheaper placing will be offered.
The dinner (14 October), a buffet table (15 October), coffee-break will be offered for all participants of the conference, at the expenses of organizers.
