Dear Sir,
Thank you for your invitation to the conference of the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment. I am sorry to inform you that due to reasons beyond my control I will not be able to take part in this conference. As Minister of Health I thank you for paying attention to such an important issue like education and rehabilitation of the blind and partially sighted. To the participants of the Cracow Conference: I wish them a successful conference and hope that their expectations will be fulfilled.
