Invitation to MDVI Euronet Conference, 27th and 28th June 2011, Dublin (Ireland)

MDVI Euronet is organising Conference, which will be of interest to educators working with children and young people with visual impairment and complex needs. MDVI Euronet is a small partnership of schools and organisations working to share best practice in the education of leaners with MDVI. The conference will be held in Dublin on the 27th and 28th June 2011.

The Conference is called The School for the Visually Impaired Has Changed – Challenges for a New Generation, based on a paper presented by Eberhard Fuchs, Headteacher of the Wurzburg Blind School, Germany, at the ICEVI Europe Conference in Cracow in 2000.

The conference will provide an ideal opportunity to meet and network with professionals working in this specialised field of education so as to discuss areas of common interest and share best practice.

The fee for the conference is just €100.
