- Welcome speech by a representative of the host country
- Keynote address by Heather Mason, School of Education, University of Birmingham (UK)
20.00 - 22.00: Opening session 2
- Introduction of participants and reports about the developments since the first workshop
- Some organisational matters

09.00 - 09.45: Introduction of workshop format and methods by Maryam Mildenberg, Seminarium voor Orthopedagogiek, Hogeschool Utrecht (The Netherlands)
10.00 - 12.30: Five parallel working groups, each with a different theme
14.00 - 15.30: Continuation
16.00 - 17.00: Plenary session: each group presents its first results (intermediate balance); members of other groups can give their reactions, ask questions, give feedback

09.00 - 12.30: Continuation of working groups
14.00 - 15.00: Each group presents the final report
The Information Technology group will prepare for the discussion with the European Agency
15.30 - 16.30: Plenary session: Presentation of the European Agency
17.00 - 18.30: Plenary session: Each group presents its final results, members of other groups can give their reactions.
20.30: Jazz party with Mr Vladimir Radoulov, solo pianist

9.00 - 10.30: Plenary session: discussion with the European Agency about setting up a 'knowledge bank'.
11.00 - 12.00: Filling in of different questionnaires/forms
13.30 - 18.00: Tourist activity, followed by farewell dinner

09.00 - 10.30: Discussion on possibilities of future co-operation and follow-up
11.00 - 12.00: Meeting of programme committee
