In Estonia, there is only one special state school for the blind and visually impaired - Tartu Emajoe School. Visually impaired children (also MDVI) from all over Estonia study at Tartu Tartu Emajõe School. Tartu Emajoe School provides rehabilitation services for children and adults with blindness or low-vision.
